ZENITY DESIGN RENOVATION

"Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Zenity Design Renovation! I wish I could give 0 stars. My experience with Zenity Design Renovation has been nothing short of a nightmare. The owner made several false promises about completing the work on time, but none of those promises were ever kept. He never mentions any of the details in the contract, leaving me completely in the dark about the scope of work and timelines. The most frustrating part is that once the contract was signed, it was impossible to get any answers. The owner refuses to respond to calls or messages, leaving me completely stranded with unfinished work. The staff they sent was unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills to do the job properly. What was supposed to be a simple renovation turned into an endless source of stress and anxiety. To make matters worse, Jack, the owner, took the full payment upfront and then disappeared, with no follow-up on the work that was supposed to be completed. It’s clear that once he had my money, he had no interest in ensuring the job was finished or done correctly. I regret signing with this company and will not be recommending them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, and go with a more reliable, trustworthy company. Zenity Design Renovation is a complete disappointment"

"Needed to have something fixed that a former contractor did improperly and am so glad with the team at Zenity, who basically did what should have been done in the first place, did it fast, did it well, and without mess or fuss. Great service, very friendly and total professionals. Highly recommended."

"I am so happy with the work carried out by Zenity Design. We had just arrived in France and needed some urgent work done, Zenity went above and beyond with amazing attention to detail! I highly reccomend them and will call on them again in the future."

"Very good experience from the beginning to the end of our flat renovation project. The owner is very responsive, professional and competent. What is rare, he offers not only a service but also advice and all necessary discussion and options to ensure that at the end you are really satisfied with the outcome. For us the timeline was very important and the team ensured that everything was on time; including changes added last minute by us. I can only recommend and we will be certainly coming back with other projects."

"The owner and his team did a great job on the appartment in Petit France, Strasbourg. It had to be renovated completely. I had no trouble or worries at all, everything was finished professionally and each step coordinated perfectly. I‘d work with Zenity again any time."
